Colby was a great service advisor knew me from the moment I walked in the door and the checkout lady was great too I was there for a routine maintenance check and I was offered a complimentary wash which I loved even though it charges for a better wash I just didn’t like the waiting room but everything else was great

This is the best hidden gem of a car wash in Augusta. The staff always wave at my kids. The wash is high quality. There are always a ton of clean towels to clean your windows and the vacuums suck (get it?)

Our Salesman Gene Baxley is a very good salesman and an even better person. We total lost our 2021 Envision and would not have purchased another vehicle from anyone other than Gene and Masters Buick GMC. When we contacted him on (his cell) he was more that grateful that we remembered him and was instrumental in my wife choosing the vehicle she chose. Yes we love the vehicle but we also think the world of Gene and would recommend him to our close relatives and friends. Incidentally, he sold us the 2021 Envision also.
